Important: A vehicle is considered reserved or sold only after confirmation by our team and (where applicable) the signing of relevant documents and/or receipt of a deposit.

5. Quotes, Deposits and Reservations

Any quotation, trade-in estimate, or financing illustration is non-binding unless confirmed in writing by us. Deposits and reservation arrangements (including refundability or non-refundability) may vary depending on the vehicle and the transaction and will be confirmed to you before acceptance.

6. Imported Vehicles (Disclaimer)

Where vehicles are imported (including Japanese imports), timing, shipping, documentation, registration, and delivery schedules may depend on third parties and external authorities. We will make reasonable efforts to provide accurate timelines but cannot guarantee exact dates.

7. Test Drives and Appointments

Test drives and appointments are subject to availability and may require valid identification and a valid driving license. We reserve the right to refuse a test drive where reasonable for safety, insurance, or compliance reasons.

8. Mobile Application Accounts

If our mobile application allows account creation, you are responsible for:

• keeping your login credentials confidential
• providing accurate information
• all activity carried out under your account

Please notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Services (including text, logos, graphics, photos, videos, design, and software) is owned by or licensed to us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reuse, or distribute content without prior written permission.
